FAQ
Do you install house Wi-Fi routers?
Level-1 does not install Wi-Fi routers. Level-1 upgrades and maintains the cellular network for network providers namely MTN, Vodacom, Cell C and Nokia.
Can Level-1 increase the coverage in my area.
Unfortunately, Level-1 does not have control over the network coverage in your area. However, you can contact your network provider to inform them of the issues you are currently experiencing, and your network provider will address your concerns.
Does level-1 sell mobile devices.
Level-1 is full turnkey services and solutions provider that is utilized to install new technologies to provide the end consumer a better and more reliable network.
